On Aron Court, we are moving to close escrow on Lot 2 early this coming week. The buyers for Lot 4 are unable to perform on the non-contingent purchase contract we have in place, triggering liquidated damages from their deposit which was released to us, and we will be bringing the home back to the market. Therefore, our marketing and outreach is now focused solely on Lots 3 and 4 now. Lot 4 is fresh back on the MLS with low days on the market and is being promoted on the Zillow New Construction platform for maximum exposure. We have temporarily removed Lot 3 from MLS in order to reset the days on market while we continue to run our targeted ad campaigns for both it as well as Lot 4. Additionally, we shot a new high quality video on Friday showcasing Lot 3 as "A day in the life of". We show a young couple living in and enjoying all of the incredible highlights the home has to offer including yoga on the deck, candle lit sunset dinner, and happy hour while enjoying the million dollar City and Bay views. We'll be using the video in our targeted marketing campaigns in order to showcase the beauty and uniqueness of the Aron Court homes and the high quality lifestyle which they provide.
